How much does a home cost?
It depends on the model, size and options you choose, and prices move with the market. Call or stop by and we'll put together current pricing on the homes you like.
Can I tour homes in person?
Yes. We have over 20 models on display at 2825 Highway 257 in Dublin. Come by Monday–Thursday 9–6, Friday 9–5 or Saturday 9–4.
What's the difference between a single-wide and a double-wide?
A single-wide is built as one section, usually 14 to 16 feet wide. A double-wide is two sections joined on site, usually 28 to 32 feet wide, which opens up bigger living areas and more bedrooms. Use the filters above to compare both.
Do you offer land/home packages?
We do. Whether you already own land or need it, ask us about land/home packages and we'll walk you through what fits.
